Skills: keboard player & synthesist, composer, arranger, orchestrator, sound designer, recording engineer. 2001 - present: in-house Sound Designer/Composer for Bally Technologies in Las Vegas, NV 1993 - 2001: composes music & creates sound design for dozens of video games. Performs in various jazz & dance bands in the Washington DC area. 1989 - 1995: various jingle & film scores with Tom Gurensy Music, Kensington MD. 1987 - 1992: performs full time aboard The Spirit Of Washington, a dinner cruise ship on the Potomic River. 1983: purchases 1st computer, an Apple IIe, for music applications. 1980 - 1987: - perfoms full time in dance bands.- in the Wasgington DC area. Wins several songwriting awards. The 70's - performs in various dance bands, tours throughout the eastern US coast as well as Spain, Iceland, Newfoundland, Puerto Rico, Cuba and the US Virgin Islands. 1971-73- attends classes at Berklee College of Music in Boston MA, New School for Social Research, NYC & Manhatten School of Music, NYC. The 60's - private piano instruction as well as private music theory. Performs several instruments with school bands. (Clarinet, Timpani & percussion, baritine horn, piano) |
